Exercising – Kendo!

Dieting –Kind of!

I feel – Exhausted all the time!

Not much change since last week. We’re into the end of semester phase and I’m just running around like a headless chicken all the time. Need to find the time to meditate and jog again like last summer when I lost all that weight. Soon.
